Production AI that moves the P&L.

I’m Brian O’Neill. I embed with operationally complex businesses and ship the AI systems their team can’t or won’t get to. Focused exclusively on workflows that change revenue or costs.

What I build

One system. Built into production. Number attached.

I run 8 to 12 week implementation sprints. One specific AI system, built into your production stack, with a measurable P&L outcome attached before I take the work on. Fixed-price engagements.

Examples of what gets built

  1. Inbound lead enrichment and scoring pipelines

Cut SDR research time and surface higher-intent prospects before they reach the rep.

  2. Call transcript to CRM automation

Capture the deal context reps never log. Structured fields, written back to the source of truth.

  3. Customer support agents for tier-one tickets

Resolve repetitive tickets without human escalation. Escalate the rest with full context attached.

  4. Document processing systems

Replace 20+ hours per week of manual review. Extraction, validation, and routing in one pipeline.

  5. Outbound research pipelines

Surface buying signals across your customer footprint. Trigger plays when the signal lands, not a week later.

Every project ships to production. Every project has a number attached. If I can’t articulate the revenue or cost impact in plain English before we start, I won’t quote on it.

What I don’t build

No decks. No demos. No theater.

  • Strategy decks. AI roadmaps. Proofs of concept that never ship.
  • Chatbots for the sake of having a chatbot.
  • "AI transformation" projects with vague success criteria.
  • Flashy demos that look good in a board meeting and don’t change a number.

If you want a slide deck, I’m not your fit. If you want a system running in production in 8 to 12 weeks with metrics attached, talk to me.

Who this is for

A specific kind of business.

B2B businesses with operational workflows that are slow, manual, or hard to scale.

Founders and operators who know what they want to automate but can’t get their team to build it.

Companies in the $5M to $50M revenue range where one well-built AI system can meaningfully shift unit economics.

Industries I’ve worked in or near

B2B SaaS · Financial services · Insurance · Real estate operations · Oil and gas services

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Twenty-minute call

We figure out if there’s a real fit. No pitch deck, no slides.

  2. Discovery week

I shadow your team, map the workflow, and write a scope with explicit deliverables and success metrics. You see the plan before you commit to the build.

  3. Build

Six to ten weeks of focused implementation in your stack. Laravel, Python, Node, whatever your team uses.

  4. Handoff

Documentation, internal training, monitoring setup. Your team owns it after I leave.

Background

Fifteen years of shipping.

Fifteen years of engineering experience. Director of Engineering at Cultivate, a Series A startup running production Laravel and PHP. Technical co-founder of Showplace, where we raised $2M and scaled from zero to over $1M in revenue in year one.

Currently building two B2B products under Bremitech: Vidtiz, a structured async video platform for sales teams, and a video tribute platform for B2B milestone moments.

Recent AI work spans production agents on Laravel and Node, Recall.ai-based call intelligence pipelines, custom Chrome extensions with LLM-based scoring, multi-step agent workflows with queue architectures, and structured extraction pipelines using vector databases and RAG.

Want to see if there’s a fit?

Twenty-minute call. No pitch. We’ll either find something real to do together or I’ll tell you why I’m not the right person.
